Tracey Harriott
Growing up in rural Jamaica taught me resilience, community, and the power of staying grounded, and those values carried me through every chapter of my life. When I moved to the U.S., soccer became my bridge between cultures, helping me build discipline and a competitive drive that eventually led to collegiate play. That drive shaped my career in technology and data, where I delivered consistent results across analytics, cloud, and AI transformation. For years, life was good—I was growing, performing, and helping organizations modernize with confidence.
But over time, I saw something troubling beneath all the innovation: non-technical workers were being left behind. Digital transformation was speeding up, but people weren’t, and many operations-based employees faced real risks—job loss, stalled careers, and shrinking confidence. I realized that data literacy had become the new workplace currency, yet very few people had a trusted path to get there. That gap became impossible to ignore, and it marked the moment I knew something had to change.
I realized I could solve the problem by creating a model that didn’t teach technology at people, but instead brought AI to them in a practical, human way. That insight led me to create THrive-AI, and with it, The Future-Fluency Path, a simple, confidence-first approach that teaches AI through everyday tasks and workflows. The model blends human-centered learning with applied AI, helping non-STEM professionals build fluency without fear or overwhelm. Little by little, I began seeing how this approach turned uncertainty into capability and hesitation into measurable performance.
Today, life is even better because I get to help people step into opportunities they never thought were possible. Through THrive-AI and The Future-Fluency Path, I’m helping individuals gain confidence, protect their careers, and grow into the AI-powered future with clarity and pride. Clients are becoming more adaptable, more curious, and more skilled—not by chasing technology, but by learning how to add valuable contribution.
